Our primary goal is to make all of our customers 100% satisfied. If you're not pleased with your purchase, please contact us and we will give you a refund or replacement for the same product. While we hope it doesn't come to that, we'll make it as painless as possible with our "30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee."

To qualify for a refund or replacement, items MUST be returned in "New", unworn condition and in its original packaging. Items will be inspected upon receipt to determine eligibility. Deodorant stains, pet hair, odor, signs of washing or drying, etc. are all means for a declined return and forfeited item.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, a replacement will be sent immediately or a refund will be applied using the original payment method. Please note that payment processed via debit/credit card may take 5-10 business days to be completed depending on your bank’s policies.
Return shipping fee in returning your product for a reason other than that it is defective or the wrong size may be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note that only purchases made directly from our website eastrage.com and shipped to the US qualify for our return policy. For all other products, please contact your authorized re-seller for merchant guarantee.
