We ship internationally across the world! We're available to all countries except Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Democratic Republic of Congo, Iraq, Liberia, Sudan, Zimbabwe and North Korea because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. Please note, delivery times vary depending on your location.
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Processing time includes order checking, quality control, packing, and forwarding to logistics.
After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information will be send to your inbox.
Please note that processing time is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. To estimate when you'll get your order, simply add the average shipping time for your destination country to our processing time.
And in rare occasions, there may be delays in processing due a large number of orders.
Here are the estimated delivery times of the Standard Shipping method, dependending on your international location:
- U.S. customers : 7-15 business days
- Canada customers: 10-20 business days
- Europe customers: 7-15 business days
- EFTA states (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland) customers: 10-15 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 7-15 business days
- All other International customers (outside of USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand): 7-20 business days
We also offer Insured EXPRESS 3-5 days Delivery to receive your new Eastrage™ garments directly to your door in less than 5 days in most countries (order processing time not included). Please check the shipping methods available for your country at checkout.
To estimate when you'll get your package after you placed your order, simply add our processing time (2-5 business days) to the shipping time above.
Our garments are designed and manufactured in the People's Republic of China, where the majority of our artists are based, as well as our manufacturing partners. All our products are stored in a warehouse in HuiZhou, southern Guangdong province of China, from where all orders are also shipped.
Please note that in rare occasions, there may be delays due to the shipping carrier which are out of our control.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been processed. After that, you can track your package on this page. Simply enter your tracking number.
All orders will receive full tracking information via email. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed.

Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to us and we will file a claim. Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order.

Otherwise, shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the types of items you order, the quantity, and delivery location. The most accurate way to check shipping costs is to add items to your shopping cart and visit the checkout page. Then enter your shipping address to find out the shipping costs.

- Canada customers: $14
- Europe customers: $9

In some cases, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. If you refuse a shipment from Eastrage™, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Eastrage™. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
We are not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction which is why we insure all shipments. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to us and we will file a claim. Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order.
Tracking information, on rare occasions, can experience delays; however, that does NOT mean that your item is not in transit.
It can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in a carrier's tracking system. Note that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates but that doesn't necessarily mean the shipment is lost.
We recommend allowing the package its assigned delivery time frame based on its shipping method. If it is delayed beyond the time frame, then please email us at hello@eastrage.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
Immediately after placing your order, we will send an email to the address you provided with an order/invoice number. You can use this number to reference your order. In the event you need to make a return/exchange due to a defect, or have any questions about your order status, please provide our customer support team with your name and order number.
Returns and exchanges
We offer free US returns/exchanges for 30 days after delivery. Customers may return or exchange items up to 30 days upon delivery. Returns will not be accepted if requested over 30 days passed the delivery date noted on the order tracking.
Any extensions to the exchange time frame must be requested before the 30 days have expired - There are no extensions on refunds.

We will highly appreciate it if you can provide the following details to speed up your request:
- Name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Pictures/Videos showing the exact issue you are having with our product
To qualify for a refund or replacement, items MUST be returned in "New", unworn condition and in its original packaging. Items will be inspected upon receipt to determine eligibility. Deodorant stains, pet hair, odor, signs of washing or drying, etc. are all means for a declined return and forfeited item.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, a replacement will be sent immediately or a refund will be applied using the original payment method. Please note that payment processed via debit/credit card may take 5-10 business days to be completed depending on your bank’s policies.
Return shipping fee in returning your product for a reason other than that it is defective or the wrong size may be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note that only purchases made directly from our website eastrage.com and shipped to the US qualify for our return policy. For all other products, please contact your authorized re-seller for merchant guarantee.

When an order is placed, your shipping information is immediately sent to our shipping department for immediate processing. Due to the difficulty and confusion that requests for cancellations cause, there is nothing we can do once the order has been placed. All sales are final.
Products, Material & Care
Our garments do not conform to American or European standard sizes.
As an international clothing brand with strong East Asian inspirations, we use our own size charts that are very close to the sizes of Japanese clothing. This means that our sizes are 1-2 sizes smaller than US/EU sizes. For example, don't be surprised if our size charts below take you to a 2XL or 3XL size when you normally wear L or XL. The difference could be even bigger for our "oversized" clothes.
You can find a sizing guide directly on each product page, in the "Size & fit guide" tab under the "Add to cart" button. You can also see all our size charts on our full Size guide page, which will help you to find the perfect fit easily!
Please consult and carefully follow our size charts to select the right size before purchasing.
All of our clothes are UNISEX, which means they can be worn by both Men and Women, and have a corresponding size chart (go to our Size guide page to see all the size charts). Please make sure to refer to that chart in order to find the best fit for you before purchasing!
All our apparel are made for a great durability. Follow our care instructions below to look after your Eastrage™ products:
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
- Do not bleach, or use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
- Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
- Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
- Do not dry clean.
Our standard process is the DTG (Direct to Garment) method of printing. That means we can create photo quality prints. Digital printing is a great process that involves our artwork being processed by a computer, and then printed directly onto the surface of your product. DTG printing is not a heat transfer or appliqu'e, as the ink is directly adhered to the fabric of your shirt for a great durability.
We believe in the long term.
Eastrage™ care about your health! With our apparel and the inks we use for printing, you'll be 100% safe! However, we still recommend that you wash your brand-new garments before wearing them for the first time.
Orders
We accept credit cards and PayPal as payment. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and other check cards (if they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above). We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
If you are using a pre-paid credit card, you need to contact the issuing company to have your address added to the card as the billing address.
We do not accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, or Purchase Orders.
Yes that means it is either temporarily out of stock or discontinued. We recommend sending us an email at hello@eastrage.com with your contact information, including your name, email address and the product that you are inquiring about. We will then add you to our customer contact list and email you directly once we have any updates about the item/items.
We do not have specific time frames, but by signing up to our newsletter (at the bottom of this page), we will keep you informed with product updates via email.
If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).
If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. If you continue to receive error messages, please contact our Customer Support team at hello@eastrage.com.
To update the shipping address on your order, please contact our Customer Support team at hello@eastrage.com as soon as possible, in order we can change your shipping address before your order is processed & shipped.
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item.
We offer discounts in the form of coupons, sales, gift cards and bulk discounts. Coupons can sometimes be found on our website and through email newsletters. Enter coupons at checkout in the “Discount code” area. Coupons cannot be combined together or with bulk discounts.
From time to time, Eastrage™ will offer products at sale prices. These discounts are applied automatically when the product is added to your shopping cart.
We make solid efforts in making sure all information on our site is accurate. We reserve the right to reject any orders that we deem suspicious for reasons including but not limited to inaccurate card information, fraudulent orders, orders generated from black listed IP address, etc. or that contain typos/incorrect information.
